In order to implement corporate spirit, expand corporate culture, enrich employees’ life, increase group cohesiveness, we held the knowledge contest of “Employee Manual” and Corporate Culture with prizes at A3 training room in the evening of July 1st. This contest obtains great support and concern from our leaders and all departments, our general manager Haitao Lv, administrative vice general manager Zhizuo Ge, president assistant and management representative Wujian Sun appeared in the site to cheer for our competitors, and awarded prizes for them.
There were four representative teams involved in the contest, after required questions, competition questions and offense-defense questions, the red team from our technical center and assembly workshop got the first prize, the orange team from IT department and sales department got the second prize, and the blue team from purchase department and quality department got the third prize. All employees participated in this activity positively.
This activity using the form of knowledge contest, is aiming of developing corporate culture, improving the study initiative of employees, initiating the idea of “ I AM THE ROOT OF ALL”, and enrich employees’ life. The contest was successfully ended with a warm applause.
